Welcome to Villa Copper Beach. A true tropical retreat in sunny South West Florida. The home is located in south west Cape Coral. Spend a great vacation at this 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home located on a gulf access canal just minutes to the river by boat. A relaxing patio with electric heated pool and a air conditioned florida room with plenty of choices on how to entertain yourself or even guests. Either grilling on the patio with a gas grill or sunbathing in the pool, this home will keep you relaxed. The interior has a spread out floor plan with 2 master suites and is decorated modern contemporary throughout. There are TV's in all rooms. For our Billiard Players we offer a Pool Table. This home is a must see!! Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge. For online reservations: You will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Nous avons contacté les propriétaires l'année dernière. La maison nous a paru très jolie, le cadre parfait, mais pas disponible à nos dates, nous avons choisi à regret une autre maison à Cape Coral pour 6 semaines.
