Villa Aruba is nestled in one of Cape Coral's premier neighborhoods: The Eight Lakes! The large lake offers unparalleled privacy and serenity, plus boating access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Villa Aruba has it all!! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, oversized lanai with electric heated pool & spa, waterfall, large boat dock & lift, fantasitc views on lake Britannia, flat screen TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, DVD, stereo, bikes, and and and

The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with new mattress, new bedding & linen and a flat screen TV. The en-suite master bath features a shower, 2 sinks and a large walk in closet.

The Guest Bedrooms both feature a queen size bed with new mattresses, new bedding & linen and flat screen TV's. The guest bath is conveniently located between the bedrooms.

For your convenience there is also a pool bath and an outdoor shower. Enjoy al fresco dining on the oversized lanai with meals cooked on the gas BBQ grill.

The oversized boat dock gives you plenty of space for sunbathing and even a fish cleaning station.

Area Information

Cape Coral, also known as the Venice of Florida, has thousands of canals which you can explore on one of the many sunny days by boat. For golfers there are in and around Cape Coral several golf courses: Cape Coral Golf & Tennis Resort, Coral Oaks, Moor Loch Country Club, Royal tea, Palmetto - Pine Country Club, El Rio Golf Club and Cape Coral Executive Golf Club, just to name a few. The Beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Island are just over 35 minutes by car and you will find great (outlet) shopping malls and restaurants in Fort Myers and Naples. The popular 'Rumrunners' restaurant and the still new 'The Joint', both in Cape Harbour, are just a short drive away as is the new (fabulous) 'Marker 92', which is located at Tarpon Pointe Marina. Fort Myers is world famous as a winter training camp for the Boston Redsox and the Minnesota Twins baseball teams. Waterfront Dining, and the Edison-Ford Museum round out the experience of Cape Coral and Fort Myers.

There is an extra large lanai, providing ample room for sunbathing, swimming and dining. Enjoy al fresco meals in the dining area with breathtaking views over the lake. A boat dock and a boat lift are provided for your personal use, should you wish to rent a boat and explore the 1000's of canals in Cape Coral or the Gulf of Mexico.

Orlando with Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, incl. the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter (!!), is just a short 2.5 hrs drive away. Diving in Key Largo is about 3 hrs by car, Miami with South Beach and the Art Deco District just about 2 hours by car. And the Naples Zoo is just about 45 min away. If you are looking for attractions close by, SunSplash Water Park is located in Cape Coral and the hands-on children's Museum Imaginarium is located in Downtown Fort Myers.

Great vacation

We rented a house on Heather Grove Lane for 11 weeks and we love the tranquillity of the area. The easy access to the beach and the fantastic choice of restaurants so close to our rental area. We are already committed to go back in 2013 for 3 months.
