Quiet vacation home with a pool

March 31, 2013

This is a nice suburban Cape Coral home that's been recently updated. The pool is solar heated, which works well when the weather is warm. The location is convenient to grocery and restaurants, but most other homes in the neighborhood are family residences.

Great Holiday

We rented :"Villa Isabella" for the month of March and the first week of April in 2012. We found the home to be in good repair and overall to have just about everything we required for such a long stay. The beds were great and the linens were certainly above standard. Dealing with Erik and Michele was a pleasure and nothing seemed to much trouble to solve if there was an issue. Thank you for a great holiday, we are only disappointed the the home was rented when we wanted it for 2013. However thanks to Erik and Michele we have a new home for 2013 !

Villa Isabella is very spacious, wonderfully located, and rather private! The modern flare is terrific! The walk in shower and garden tub are simply incredible!!! Feeding the many turtles and fish in the canal was soo peaceful! Thank you Erik with EMA for another enjoyable home, you guys do such a great job! Thank You!!
