The Bimini Villa is our newest 4 bedroom, 2 bath home on a gulf access canal. Outside amenities include a solar heated pool, boat dock with lift, 2 sun loungers, covered outside seating and table for 6, as well as a gas grill.
The great room has very high ceilings including ceiling fan, big screen TV and a large comfortable couch. A formal dining room offering seating for 6, as well as a formal living room with sofa and table are adjacent to the entry way. Bimini Villa offers a very large kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, as well as preparation island, and a breakfast nook with seating for 4, which overlooks the pool.
The master suite has a king size bed, lounger chair, as well as its own pool access. A beautiful master bath completes the master wing of the Villa and features a large shower, garden tub, his and her vanity, and water closet room.
The other wing of the home offers 3 more bedrooms, two with queen size beds, one with twin beds, as well as a guest bath with pool access, and a tub/shower combo.

My wife and I arrived at this amazing property in June 2012 for a two week stay. The layout, the cleanliness and the quality of the accommodation and furnishings was one of the best we have ever rented, and we have been renting property for many years. Location is fantastic, very close to Yacht Club and beach also very close to restaurants. A few minutes drive over Cape Coral Parkway Bridge gives easy access to Fort Myers and Sanibel.
The Villa is very well equipped with TV's, in all bedrooms, Cable and Broadband access. Beds are luxury quality and therefore very comfortable. Pool area is excellent with upholstered outdoor furniture and sun beds. Pool offers crystal clear water and is well maintained. There is a nice landscaped rear garden with path access to the boat dock where easy access to a boat can be made. We understand a new Captains Walk and additional facilities are to be added by the owner. Boat hire is easily available from Cape Coral ( shop around prices can vary widely) Boats can be delivered to the boat dock. Access to the river and on to the Gulf is easy and takes only a short time. The owner is very pleasant, helpful and is very willing to accommodate renters needs. The local management company is very responsive and will deal with any unforeseen issues promptly. We would highly recommend a stay at this property. We will certainly use it again.
