Truly your vacation home!! Come and stay at our peaceful three bedrooms and 2 baths home situated at end of quiet streets & over looks the wide 120 ft water canal. The beautiful villa has been recently fully up-graded to feature great getaway destination. Expensive upgrades also includes 20” Italian earth tone tiles al throughout the spacious home , large electric heat pool along with three in one water barstools & 2 swim out benches . 2 highly designed baths and new high end furnishings are also added.

It’s located at quiet streets that over looks the wide 120 ft salt-water canal. Our guests can head out for Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Beach right through the boat dock area ( Boat rentals easily available ) . Our guests can boat al through the canal system into Caloosahatchee River & into Gulf without having any wait on boat lock/boat life . Enjoy watching manatees, dolphins , birds & abundance of wildlife . Enjoy fishing from the dock by using supplied fishing gear else just take the breathtaking views . Home is perfectly located near the shopping outlets and finest restaurants . Our guests can use the modified bikes for roaming or visiting local shops . Easy car ride for Cape Coral beautiful beach , Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach , sun splash, water parks and large variety of shopping and restaurants .

The villa is warm & very inviting along with Mediterranean themes inside & outside. Talking about the family area, kitchen, living area, bedrooms or any other place you talk, you will find the spectacular views of canal and pool . Recently added large pool of 17X28 ft is located with pool deck area to offer full sun shines , while also offers shades under lanai so that our guests can enjoy different elements of weather . Relax in lounge chairs else just enjoy your meal at 32” wide lanai with BBQ gas grill.

Great owners to work, plus MA Randy very responsive with any questions on home unit. Quiet restful home, with private pool and hot tub. Right on canal so nice private view. Great location to Fort Myers and Naples areas. Thanks for sharing your home.
