Welcome to "Villa Mar y Sol" in Cape Coral!
Be enchanted by the charm of this beautiful, exclusive and romantic vacation villa.
The "Villa Mar y Sol" is located in the beautiful southwest of Cape Coral, in a very peaceful and lovley residantial area, at a wide canal with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is close to the exclusive Tapon Point Marina with small boutiques and restaurants. More shops, supermarkets and banks are reachable by car within minutes.

The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and has
3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open, bright and cozy living and dining area. This is complemented by the cozy patio with matching furniture. Outside there is a wonderful terrace with seating and an electric heated pool.

Directly behind the house is a large boat dock. Here you can enjoy the sun, the fantastic view over the wide canal or the fabulous sunsets.

Enjoy the tropical climate of Cape Coral, while you relax by the pool, visit the beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach or explore the famous canals of Cape Coral by boat.

The 26 feet Hurricane Cuddy Cabine Boat with two engines @ 115 hp is optional to rent with the villa for 700 USD per week.

Area Information

Cape Coral is located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. There is over 400 miles of navigable canals in our city along, with many lakes, and the Caloosahatchee River which also connects(Inter-coastal waterway) to the east coast of Florida. It is a boaters' paradise! If you enjoy boating, fishing, golfing, and beautiful sunsets, Cape Coral is your dream destination.

Located near all the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes and showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and highs around 80*F.

There are many parks, playgrounds, golf courses, fishing and sailing right here in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral is also just over two hours from Tampa and Miami and four hours to Orlando(Disney World) Cape Coral is considered one of the safest cities in all of Florida.
