Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Gorgeous and romantic dream home near Surfside in Cape Coral. The house is very nicely furnished and fits all needs of quiet seeking dreamers as well as enterprising couples or families. The house has three bedrooms and is very comfortable for 6 guests. Thanks to a sofa bed in the living room it's possible to accommodate up to 10 guests. The house has a split floor plan, gulf access and south rear exposure.

Rate includes occupancy of 4 guests. Additional guest will be charged with US$ 100 / guest (week) or US$ 15 / guest (night) in low season. Additional charges in high or holiday season may vary.

Energy costs for weekly rental $ 35 credit included in your booking. Additional energy costs or costs for damages will be deducted from your security deposit.

Area Information

The nearest shops are very close and Fort Myers and the Beach can be reached in 20-25 minutes. The house is located on a canal with gulf access and provide boat enthusiasts with direct access via the spreader canal directly into the open sea.

Wonderful villa

A great home decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was great as well as the large boat dock. recommend it to anyone.The property manager Sandra was very nice and helpful
