Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Our fantastic “Villa Minta” is located in the beautiful southeast of Cape Coral in a quiet and well maintained residential area, directly at an idyllic fresh water canal. The “Villa Minta” has a heated, east facing pool. There you can enjoy the sun from sunrise till late noon.

The huge pool area with sun loungers and a covered terrace with comfortable seating invite you to relax and sunbath. Furthermore you will find a modern gas grill for relaxed barbecues.

The interior of our "Villa Minta “ was completely redesigned in early 2012.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with two king-size beds and one queen-size bed. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin.
In the modern and new kitchen you will find beautiful stainless steel appliances and all kitchen utensils that you need in your vacation.
The open-plan living and dining area was decorated with great attention to detail and promises many pleasant and relaxing hours.

A large flat screen TV is available in the living room and master bedroom. Furthermore you will find a wireless Internet access and a telephone in every room.

Area Information

Cape Coral is located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. There is over 400 miles of navigable canals in our city along, with many lakes, and the Caloosahatchee River which also connects(Inter-coastal waterway) to the east coast of Florida.

It is a boaters' paradise! If you enjoy boating, fishing, golfing, and beautiful sunsets, Cape Coral is your dream destination.

Located near all the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes and showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and highs around 80*F.

There are many parks, playgrounds, golf courses, fishing and sailing right here in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral is also just over two hours from Tampa and Miami and four hours to Orlando(Disney World) Cape Coral is considered one of the safest cities in all of Florida.
