This beautiful villa is located in the lovely southwest of Cape Coral in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, directly at an idyllic freshwater canal. On the dock, directly behind the house, you can spend hours watching the tropical birds and turtles. Only a short drives away are shops for daily life, petrol stations, banks and restaurants.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautifully designed, spacious living and dining area and an open kitchen, which is separated by a bar counter. The large and cozy outdoor area with a heated pool invites you to relax and unwind.

The villa is equipped with: air conditioning, high speed Internet access, HD-TV over a huge 42 "LCD TV with HD receiver in the living room and the bedroom a small LCD TV with satellite TV, stereo with DVD and CD player, washing machine and clothes dryer, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and much more dishes and other utensils. On the terrace there is a barbecue grill. A high chair and a baby bed are also available.

Cape Coral is located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. There is over 400 miles of navigable canals in our city along, with many lakes, and the Caloosahatchee River which also connects(Inter-coastal waterway) to the east coast of Florida.

It is a boaters' paradise! If you enjoy boating, fishing, golfing, and beautiful sunsets, Cape Coral is your dream destination.

Located near all the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes and showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and highs around 80*F.

There are many parks, playgrounds, golf courses, fishing and sailing right here in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral is also just over two hours from Tampa and Miami and four hours to Orlando(Disney World) Cape Coral is considered one of the safest cities in all of Florida.
