Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Our beautiful waterfront home is located in Southwest Cape Coral near by Pelican Boulevard.
It is perfect blended of style and comfort with top quality furnishings.
The villa have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large livingroom with adjoining kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all applicances.
Our mastersuite have a king size bed, the two other rooms have a Queen and twin beds.
For your convinience there are lot of towels, bed linen and a washer and a dryer.
The villa and the pool have southern exposure.
Our pool is solar heated with a blanket for hold the warm temperatures.
We have cable TV, phone, CD, DVD, stereo, and Bikes for all.
Boatrent and boattours avail.

Area Information

Cape Coral is a very nice place by the Southwest Coast of Florida, near by Ft.Myers and the Caloosahatcheeriver
