Beautiful completely renovated luxury home with one of the best pools in town has over 2,360 sqft under air and over 4,800 sqft total area! Huge soaring ceilings and interior columns. The entire living room area can be opened up to give you the true experience of Florida living. Great western exposure view of large infinity edge pool (electric and solar heated) overlooking wide Gulf access canal. Sit at the in-pool tiki hut or stroll down to the other tiki hut on the large deck over the water. Very large spacious master bedroom with huge bathroom featuring a jetted tub, dual sinks and triple head shower. Home has many more features including office and a seperate den with quality pull-out couch.

This home is located in one of the nicest areas of Cape Coral centrally located with shopping, restaurants, bars, shops, marina within a 2 mile radius. Cape Harbour is only minutes away which offers great nightly entertainment, live music, boardwalks, several waterfront restaurants.

Very well appointed home! We enjoyed the fantastic pool and hot-tub while our grandson enjoyed fishing off the pier. Nice, quiet location!

Nice Villa - quiet area

We stayed in the villa for two weeks towards the end of March. The place was very attractive and in a quiet area. We didn't have a kettle to use but the owner had one delivered as soon as he realised this was the case. The letting agent Alex, kindly sent an e-mail with places to visit in the area. The in house guide book needs weeding though! The house was in overall good condition. The pool area was clean - could do with two more sun loungers as two is not really enough for the number of guests the property can cater for. Wi-fi was really useful to us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and plates. The outdoor barbeque had been recently cleaned. We would recommend this property for older couples looking for a peaceful break

The house was very nice and looks like the pictures. The sliding doors were a great feature. Wish there were TVs in the guest rooms beside the master. We stayed here and traveled to Spring Training baseball games so it was a convenient spot for us.

Our stay in beautiful Cape Coral was more than we ever could hope to indulge ourselves in for a long awaited time of relaxation and stress -free living. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and more than generous by letting us get in earlier than planned on our day of arrival and even stopped by personally to welcome us to their lovely home. Even when our holiday was over, they were so kind and thoughtful to take the time to come and say goodbye and to wish us a safe journey home. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished with everything anyone could possibly ask to wine and dine in such splendor! The canal views along with the sunsets were amazing and there wasn't a day that was spent there that it lost it's luster. We are so hoping that we are fortunate enough to be able to return to to such a tropical oasis. It was magical!!!

The house was beautiful. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our oldest son fished every day right in the canal and had a blast! Alex was very helpful with any questions that we had. We will definitely be going back again!

This villa was even nicer than it looked in the photos. The pool was a perfect size and the children loved the swim up Tikki Bar. The protective netting was excellent, I saw less bugs in Flordia in July than I did at home in England. It was relaxing to enjoy a barbeque by the pool in the evening and watch the fish in the canal literally jumping in the air. Alex - the agent was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The only one tiny problem we had was the coffee machine wasn't working. Within one hour of telling Alex, she arrived with a brand new coffee machine for us. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated throughout. The large screen TVs were excellent and easy to use. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa.
