Located near all the beaches of Sanibel/Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes, sunshine, and afternoon showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and average highs in the 70's*F.

There are many parks, playgrounds, and golf courses; also fishing and sailing right here in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral is just over two hours from Tampa and Miami and four hours to Orlando (Disney World). It is considered one of the safest cities in all of Florida.

Memorable Vacation

Our stay in Cape Coral was a positive experience because we were treated very professionally by the rental manager and the home was well taken care of. The minute we walked into the home we felt this is where we want to be and felt right at home, The home is extremely clean not to mention that terrific kitchen. The only area for improvement would be the curb appeal and outside landscaping needs to be fresshened up. We would definitely recommend this rental property and look forward to extending our stay next year.
