Great time in Cape Coral

Very nice home. Wonderful kitchen with fabulous appliances. Pool area was very nice. The great room and furnishings were perfect for a relaxing evening at home. Lovely Location near Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour. John is an excellent property manager who really takes care of his rental clients and is very responsive.

Our stay in Cape Coral was a positive experience because we were treated very professionally by the rental manager and the home was well taken care of. The minute we walked into the home we felt this is where we want to be and felt right at home, The home is extremely clean not to mention that terrific kitchen. The only area for improvement would be the curb appeal and outside landscaping needs to be fresshened up. We would definitely recommend this rental property and look forward to extending our stay next year.
