Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Villa Luxury is a gorgeous home and the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. It is located on an intersecting saltwater canal on a property with tropical vegetation. Within 10 min. you would be on the Gulf of Mexico. On more than 2800 sqft of living area you have 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a separate studio.The living room which is equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD player, stereo with surround system opens to the veranda. It offers even a bar, next to it you have the dining area. The open kitchen has granite counters, bar stools - an ideal place for communication. Enjoy your breakfast at the nook offering you a view onto the pool.
All bedrooms and the studio have TV. On the first floor you have 3 bedroms and 3.5 baths (includes the pool bath). From the upstairs bedroom you have a wonderful view of the canals and watch unforgetable sunsets. For your convenience you have WIFI.
The most important "room" is the veranda which is very spacious and equipped with pool furniture that offers plenty of seatings. The perfect place to enjoy your BBQ. Pool can be electric heated. The boatdock with it's tiki hut can be used to suntan, enjoy the sunsets or catch fishes. The boat lift can be used if you want to rent a boat. Shopping facilities and restaurants are nearby.

Area Information

Cape Coral is also called "Venice" of Florida as it offers more than 700 miles of waterways. Great place for boaters, people who like to fish or just relax. Paradise for golfers as there are more than 60 golf courses within 1 hour.
