Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Our luxurious privately owned 4 bedroom courtyard villa (separate suite) is located in Cape Coral’s South West, a quiet and central area near Skyline Boulevard.
"Sunny Belle" is large enough for an extended family, or even two families to share. The villa sleeps up to 8 adults – with just over 2.120 sq. ft. of fully air conditioned living space (3.223 sq. ft. total). You will be able to relax around the large 26’x13’ pool with a spa, Jacuzzi, and large covered and caged lanai – perfect for parties!

Should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either retire under the covered lanai with its cooling ceiling fans or go inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature.

The spacious open-plan living room contains large comfortable leathersofas, allowing the whole family to relax. French doors allow direct access to the pool deck, as well as letting in plenty of sunlight!

To keep everyone entertained you will find a large flat screen TV with a DVD player and a wide variety of movies, CD's and books, as well as a massive baby foot game and other games.

The large modern fully-fitted kitchen adjoins the dining area and comes with all the latest amenities such as granite counter tops. The kitchen can accommodate 4 diners, with additional seating for 2 at the bar countertop, the living area with seating for 8.

This home is fully tiled and tastefully furnished in a tropical motive, and is fully equipped to make your vacation enjoyable. If you love being outside, the table with seating for 8 in the screened lanai next to the heated pool, will be sure to draw your attention!

"Sunny Belle" features all new 2006 furnishings, custom floral arrangements, and a fully equipped kitchen.

As well as there being a TV and DVD player in the living room, there are also additional TV's and DVD playert in two of the 4 bedrooms.

The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms for added privacy, and has a private bath with a huge walk in shower, and luxurious, spacious corner bath tub.

A separate guest suite with its own bathroom, and access to the pool, is not only for the mother-in-law!
There also is a separate laundry with a new washer and dryer, adjacent to the 2 car garage.

The pool and lanai have an eastern exposure for cool summertime seating and this is also sheltered from the wind in winter. The lanai is equipped with a modern gas barbecue.

Everything is provided to make your vacation complete, including the linens and towels.

For your convenience there is also telephone, high speed internet access and television with more than 150 national and international channels, as well as a high capacity washing machine and tumble drier.

The house sits on a beautifully landscaped yard, with sprinklers. The back has a brand new dock.

There is a grocery store nearby, anything else (publix, other commerces and restaurants) is a short drive avay!
