This lovely vacation home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral on a canal. It has western exposure. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Villa Margaritaville has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins) and 2 baths. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen there is a breakfast nook. The living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. For your convenience you have WI-FI. The dining area seats comfortably 6 persons. The lanai has pool furniture, deck chairs and a BBQ grill. The large pool can be electric heated. You have Gulf access - if you want to rent a boat - no problem - it would be delivered to your home. Shopping facilities and restaurants are very nearby. Two bicycles are provided to explore the neighborhood or to use it for shopping at Publix.
