Located in the SE of Cape Coral, Florida, this waterfront villa has unrestricted sailboat gulf access with no bridges & lock. You can be in open water in mere minutes!

Superb double sided dock – With 2 boat lifts available, you can have the boat rental company deliver boats directly to the dock (there is a boat rental company that I use when my family is down for a vacation, and the captain delivers it both way for us for free). You can set off to explore the islands & waterfronts as and when you like. We can make all the arrangements for you or we can pass you the contact for you to contact them directly, just let us know.

The view / Large deck
Sun Villa boast a huge, oversized deck with significant waterfront of 131’’ linear feet where you can have a family party or a romantic sunset dinner under the night sky right in your own backyard.

Private waterfront heated pool - Although the pool is of modest size, it is nonetheless a screened & private one; good for soaking and ideal for young kids.

The villa sleeps 6 with 1 king size in the master bedroom, 2 full size in the 2nd bedroom and 1 queen size pull out sofa. Both bedrooms are en-suite.

The dining table is set for 8, kitchen breakfast table for 3 and a patio table for 6 with bar counter and 2 bar stools. Charcoal BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking.

There is a 46” TV in the family den with a blue-ray surround sound system (over hundred of DVD selection) and Wii games for your visual entertainment and another 40” TV in the master bedroom for your private viewing.

All indoor living area are central air-conditioned, with the exception of the game room and patio. However both have 2 ceiling fans and there are 2 stand fans available for a stronger breeze.

There is a game room (converted from a garage) with pool table, air hockey table, dart and basketball game. In the game room, there is even a kids corner (with BBQ cook set and mini golf play set) coupled with bar table & stools for adults.

Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, cookware, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There dining set and flatware for 8. Children friendly plates, cups, bowls and utensils are available too.

Sun Villa is equipped with cable TV of 80+ channels, unlimited free WIFI and nation wide calling.

Linens and towels are all provided for. Hair dryers, iron, fabric steamer, beach umbrella, straw mats, step stool for kids are available too.

It is also conveniently located near convenient stores, supermarkets, shopping mall and several really good restaurants.

- We take care very good care of the home, especially since it is a vacation home for our families too. The home was bought recently in Sep 2012. Almost all the furnishing and household items are brand new.

Keyless locks - We know how tiring it must have been for families (especially those with kids) to be on long haul flights, so who wants to make another stop to obtain keys from the manager? It is not just for convenience, we also want to provide additional security for all our guests.
