We stayed Jan/Feb 2013. Wayne and Mary met us on arrival. Wayne is a man of his word (just like Lenny). Any concern was addressed immediately. Pool always warm/clean. I fished off the wall during the day. Picked up some small Snapper and many catfish on live shrimp. Manatee do stop in on occasion. Kitchen well equipped and all in working order. Cooked on the grill for a Super Bowl party. The house is easy to keep clean. Quiet neighborhood. Publix 2.5 miles away. Bridge to Fort Myers is 16 minutes away. Fine for guests with the second bathroom arrangement. WiFi and TVs were fine observed armadillos, owls, cranes, eagles, ospreys all nearby. Good bike lanes for walking/biking. Stonis park is 2 miles away. was great for my granddaughter. We booked for 2014

We are a retired couple, and this was our first time renting a house,so we were a little nervous about everything. The owner (Lenny), was terrific in helping us with everything we needed. Really nice guy. The couple who manage the place for him ( Wayne & Mary) were also terrific. Anything we needed,tips on where to go,things about the house, anything,...they were always there for us. As for the house itself,it was beautifull,extremely spacious and comfortable,and had everything we could possibly need supplied in the house. Gorgeous pool and lanai.It's in a suburban area, so it was nice and quiet also, which was nice. Probably the number one thing that impressed me the most was how clean and bug free it was. This is Florida..bugs all over, but not one to be found in this house. Even the lanai and pool area (and covered screening) was free of any insects. I also liked that there was no electricity fee, which all the other houses we looked at had. We have already told Lenny that we plan to come back on a yearly basis. Very nice house and a very nice experience for us.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
