The Villa Tropical Sunbreeze has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and 1.400 sqft under air!

The spacious pool (34' x 16') and patio area is faced west and protected from insects by a screen.

It has not only a solar heating system, it has even an enrgy saving new electric heat pump!

So you can save a lot of money to get the pool warm!

The house is newly and extremely well furnished, entertainment center, big screen TV, DVD-player.

A second TV is in the Master bedroom.

If you bring along your laptop/computer, you can connect to the high speed wireless internet, free of charge.

Telephone without cost for entire USA and Canada.

Washing machine and dryer is in in the house.

It only takes 1 hour southbound to Naples to the Everglades! Cape Coral has its own beach with Yacht Club.

The most popular beach- Fort Myers Beach, is just 30 minutes away from the house.

You will find stores and restaurants in close vicinity.

The next big supermarket and other shops are just 5 minutes away!
