The fun room, as we call it, is perfect for everyone: a pool table, a 42-inch HD television, DVD, and more! Pontoon is available for rental. The canal brings you directly and quickly to miles of water and beaches to discover. This elegantly appointed home, is your vacation destination! Bring your boat on this sailboat access canal just 10 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River. Going south on the river it is just a short cruise to the warm tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico where dolphins frolic and memories are made.
