Frequently Asked Questions

Q:How much are the average electric for a week?

A:You have an electric allowance with approx 25% off your electric usage.
We pay the electric company $0.13 per Kwk incl. tax and franchise fee . You pay only 0.095 per kwh.
The average electric usage are very different between families.
But if you have the thermostat on 78 F and don't have the large sliding doors open at the same time as you run the central air condition. The average charge is approx. 40-45/week.
You read yourself the electric meter at you arrival and at your departure. & pay for the electric usage at check out from the home.

Q:Why do you charge for additional person above 4 people.?

A:We believe that this is the most fare way to price our rental homes,
It would not be fair for a family of 2 or 4 people if they should pay the same price as 8 or 10 people
The more people there are in the home the more wear and tear on furnishing, electronics & appliances.
That's why we have a lover basic rate for up to 4 people, and charge a fee for each additional person.Can I rent a boat with the home

Q:Do you have a boat available with the home.?

A:Yes, we have (3) 24 foot Hurricane boats that we are renting out with the home to very low rates when you rent one of our homes. for example 7 days boat rental $750.00 Includes Insurance, Tax, Delivery-Pick up & Captain safety boat instructions.
