Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Our wonderful, romantic Villa Tuscany was built in 2006 and is located in southeast of Cape Coral in a calm and well-maintained residential area. The special architecture of the house and the courtyard in the Toscany-style with pool and Jacuzzi make this villa a very special one. The pool area is surrounded with tropical plants and palms and invites you to sun bathing all year. Shops, petrol stations, banks and a variety of restaurants are nearby. Also not far away is the Eco-Park, it’s a paradise for tropical plants and animals. There you can drive through the waterways by canoe.

The vacation villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large, bright living and dining area. From the spacious kitchen and the breakfast area you have a beautiful view to the courtyard. There are an electric heated pool with Jacuzzi and cozy seating. Furthermore has the Villa Tuscany a separate, luxurious suite with space for two people. These can be booked on request. It is equipped with an oversize double bed, a sitting area and a private bathroom as well as a separate access to the pool area.

Area Information

Cape Coral is located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. There is over 400 miles of navigable canals in our city along, with many lakes, and the Caloosahatchee River which also connects(Inter-coastal waterway) to the east coast of Florida. It is a boaters' paradise! If you enjoy boating, fishing, golfing, and beautiful sunsets, Cape Coral is your dream destination.

Located near all the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes and showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and highs around 80*F.

There are many parks, playgrounds, golf courses, fishing and sailing right here in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral is also just over two hours from Tampa and Miami and four hours to Orlando(Disney World) Cape Coral is considered one of the safest cities in all of Florida.

Wonderful Vacation!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful villa! If you're looking to just hang out and reconnect with your family this is DEFINITELY the place to do just that. The villa was gorgeous, so much room, and the pool was the perfect size for our family. Peter, the property manager, was EXTREMELY helpful to us when we couldn't figure out all the valves and whatnot to work the heater for the hot tub. He took time out of his Easter Sunday to come over and give my husband another lesson. Great guy! The other great thing about this villa is the location. We took several walks in the area and were pleased to find a nature preserve just a short distance away. The elevated path through the mangroves is a must see and perhaps you will be lucky enough to encounter a VERY friendly racoon on the hunt for lizards and crabs! In addition to this place being close to the preserve it is also very close to any number of beaches on the gulf. We chose Captiva Island based on a recommendation from a local and were amazed at the beauty of the blue water. It was a lovely day for our family. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. This was the first time we had ever gone on a vacation of this type and I cannot wait to do it again!
