Motorcycle riding vacation

The property is stunning. The views are amazing. The house is a little outdated on the inside. We had some very warm, 90's, days and would have preferred that the air conditioner worked. Two of us have asthma and that posed a problem. I did call the owner who brought us fans but since the heat waves seem to be a trend the air should be fixed. Some extra deck furniture would have been nice. All in all a good vacation. Maine is awesome.

A picture perfect view of the ocean, lulled to sleep every night by the waves gently crashing on the rocks, I sat on the deck every morning to drink my coffee watching the lobster boats doing their rounds, everything was as advertised but better! If I ever return to Maine I will definately look at this rental again. We are a 4 generation family of 7 persons and we all enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this rental - you won't be disappointed!

Our 3 generation family vacation was a success at this beautiful home. We had a party of 7 from the ages of 13 to 79 and all enjoyed the beauty and comfort this house provided. We listened to the waves day and night! Climbed rocks, looked for shells, met the neighbors and cooked several meals in the house. The close proximity to Portland allowed for fun excursions. Great time was had by all!

Our vacation at this property was highlighted daily by views of water, ships, surfers, lobstermen and waterfowl! Comfortable beds all around. Everyone in our party of seven ranging in age from 5-61 had a great time exploring the areas of Cape Elizabeth.

The view from this house is stunning! I listened to the sound of the Ocean every night when falling asleep. Close enough to do downtown Portland for a fun night out, yet far enough away for a peaceful afternoon. The owner was gracious and accomodating, and I felt taken care of throughout my stay. I am definitely coming back when I have the chance. A PERFECT getaway!

A Maine vacation with all the comforts of home...

Cape Elizabeth and this property is far more than you can expect from the pictures. Every room is furnished with taste and larger than it appears. The kitchen had every necessity and more. The views during both high and low tide were spectacular. Portland Head Light is very close as well as a wilderness area for great hiking. This location is a great base for any Maine vacation. The old waterfront of Portland is great shopping, sailing and dining. Be sure to visit Standard Bakery on Commercial Street for fantastic breads and Micucci Grocery on India Street for every thing Italian. Andy's Old Port Pub was a hidden treasure for great lunches. Live lobster was only $3.99/lb at any fish market in old Portland. This was our third vacation in Maine and by far the most enjoyable because this home accommodated our entire 7 member family with space and views from a postcard.
