Comfortable home in a beautiful seaside neighborhood, with fenced-in yard, deck and swing set. Five minute walk to a small, cozy beach with tidepools to explore. Relax on the deck after a day at the shore and let the kids play in the yard while you barbecue. Home has fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room (with upright piano), and four bedrooms. One room on the main floor has a full size bed and and one has a full size futon, and two large rooms upstairs each have one twin bed (but room for extra mattresses on the floor if needed). Partially finished basement has two long, comfortable couches, TV and VCR, perfect for teenagers. Full bathroom on main floor, 1.5 bath upstairs. Pets welcome with extra security deposit. No need to bring any family games or puzzles, we have many to choose from.

Home is less than a mile from Willard Beach, Bug Light, Fort Williams and Portland Headlight. Only 3 miles (10 minute drive) to downtown Portland, with its many restaurants, shops, harbor and Portland Museum of Art. About a 15-minute drive to Crescent Beach State Park, Two Lights State Park, Higgins Beach, and Scarborough Beach. Outlet stores in Freeport are about a half hour away. Great farm stands and lobster in Cape Elizabeth and farmer's market in Portland. Two adult size bikes are available for use.
