This is a first floor, beach side unit that provides a comfortable living room w/ chair & sofa (double pull out bed) & flat screen TV/DVD. There is a well stocked kitchen w/ breakfast bar (3 bar stools), fridge, dishwasher, wine cooler, 2 burner range, microwave / convection oven. Full hall bath (w/ tub). King bedroom w/ TV/DVD, chair, sliding door leads to "beach side" patio w/ 2 chairs & table.
This condo is in the perfect location with many great options surrounding you. From the beach that is just across the street (200 yards), the large community pool located just out your door(open Mid April - late Sept.), to the many shops and restaurants in the Hatteras Landing shopping plaza, you will find that you can walk to about everything! Also within walking distance: boat docks, world class Sport fishing charters, kayak tours, rock climbing wall, The Grave Yard of the Atlantic Museum and beautiful sunsets over the sound.
Make sure to plan a day exploring Ocracoke Island (just a ferry ride away). Rent beach bikes and explore the rest of Hatteras Island. Whether you want to relax on the beach with a book, swim, surf, fish, explore historic sites, bird watch, try your hand at water sports, or sit by the pool, Hatteras Island has it all.
Price includes departure clean, linens & welcome "starter" package. Weekly rentals (Sunday to Sunday) during prime season, nightly rentals available during off and shoulder season.

Just Beachy was perfect, Hatteras Island was amazingly quaint and quiet, and the beaches were not crowded at all. I'd recommend this condo to any couple or 4 person group/ family. Also recommend takin the ferry to Ocracoke, the ferry is conveniently located right at the landing. Dont hesitate to rent Just Beachy!

Just beachy accomodated us on a last minute whim to getaway for the weekend. Excellant experience and will definitely go again soon. Villa was everything we were looking for and more. Couldn't believe we got it for the price we paid although I hesitate to say that because I don't want owners to raise the price for the next time. But they could definitely get more for the rental. Updated, nicely decorated, and very clean... Had EVERYTHING we needed even a coffee grinder, which you hardly ever find at a rental! Location was fabulous. Steps from the beach, the sound & the ferry which we took to Ocracoke for the day. Entire complex was wonderful and very well kept. I highly recommend it to everyone. You will love the experience.

I agree with the other review that it is a long drive, but it was definitely worth it! It was perfect for our family--we have a 5 year old and a one year old. It was so nice to have a separate bedroom with a tv. It was so peaceful and relaxing! We cannot wait to go back again!

It was a long drive there, but it was worth it. We have stayed in over a dozen beach-front condos or villas, and this one ranks at the top! I was very impressed by the ammenities, and how clean and well cared for the property is. The office staff was very friendly, and the location is so close to the beach! The guest packages were a great detail. Also, the place was tastefully decorated, and not "touristy" or outdated. It also smelled fresh and clean. We loved the back courtyard, as we were able to "de-sand" ourselves before entering the condo. Several restaurants weren't quite ready for business in the area, as I guess they gear up after Memorial Day, so we ended up eating in more than we expected. However, because the condo was well equipped, we still had great meals. Next time, though, we will have to remember to bring bug spray, as the monster mosquitos around the brush on the sand dunes really surprised us!
