First Floor, close to parking and a shopping center at the corner. Ten steps to the pool, fully furnished with additional air purifier, no smokers. Very quiet area, only 16 units to the condominium. Boca Grande Island, 4 other Islands on the intercoastal, three beaches near by, boating, jet skiing, WMCA, many activities. There is a sofa bed queen size in the living room for additional to the 4 people. TV's in all bedrooms and living room along with a dvd and vcr. Fully furnished kitchen with microwave and glass top stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and many mini appliances.
