Description of the Cape Haze vacation condo rental

Near Boca G./Publix/Marinas/Gulf/Beaches/Golf! GROUND floor 2/2 Cozy end unit in a cluster of only 16 residents. Pool is only 25 ft. from front door. Recently complete makeover w/enlarged kitchen/huge pantry and new appliances,wood cabinets,plumbing fixtures,paint,trims,tile floors(non-allergenic). Rooms are large and light and airy! Plush decor with designer taste. Furnished and supplies with very nice Italian leather furniture and kitchen dishes/glasses to each life style need, even a wine bottle opener! Includes small appliances of each need. King master is very comfortable, with walk in closet and large shower. Utility room storage and large washer/dryer. Extra queen sleeper sofa for guest if needed. Sleeps 4 or 6 w/queen sofa bed.
Location is superb, near everything! Next door to The Links Golf clubhouse, 3 other public courses nearby-reasonable green fees. Intercoastal, boating, marinas, shopping, grocery, all within blocks. 5 minutes to Boca Grande Bridge,TARPON fishing/beaches, State parks and island hopping within a few miles. See Area Description. Rent weekly/monthly/or long term all year >except 3 mo. minimum for Jan/Feb/Mar only.

Area Information

Cape Haze borders the edge of Florida paradise. A cozy small community nearby Boca Grande known as the life where rich and famous hideout, and Tarpon capital of the world! Easy access to Englewood, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Venice areas. Many state parks in the area, along with local food and art festivals on occasions. Beaches within a mile. Boating is some of the best in Florida-with an island chain of Manasota, Gasparilla, Boca Grande, Cayo Costa, Useppa, Cabbage Key, Upper Captiva, Captiva, and Sanibel Islands.
Many attractions to view within a few hours, such as Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Disney World in Orlando.
A wonderful place to lose yourself in a paradise at your fingertips!

Very clean------nice neighbors------1 mile to supermarket---very quiet-----does not have a heated pool,but weather exceptionly hot----many area restaurants ------wish the beach was closer---miminum 8-9 miles

I was very pleased with the location of the condo. It was very quite and out of the way which promoted a very peaceful relaxing trip. IT was close to a Publix so running to the store to grab something is a jiff and right down the raod was Boca Grande Village with great restaurants and shopping.

I recently spent a week at this charming Florida condo. Perfect location!! Accommodations were excellent, everything you would need other then food is already there! I'll be returning for sure!!!!!!!
