Classic home 2 ½ blocks to beach and to Mall with a large front porch lined with rocking chairs and swinging wicker love seat perfect for listening to the ocean and feel the ocean breezes. The only disturbance is by the clip clop of the horses and carriages as they stroll down the famouse and desirable Hughes Street. This magnificant home has two living rooms, breakfast room and dining room. Hardwood floors throughout with new kitchen and new or updated bathrooms. First floor has a mini suite with Queen bed. Second floor has master suite with King and two bedrooms with King and 2 twins (convertible to king). Third floor has 3 bedrooms and a second kitchen and eating area. Bedroom 1 – queen sofa and 2 twins (can act as a family room). Bedroom 2 – Full, Bedroom 3 – queen bed. Enjoy the outdoor grilling area in the large fenced in yard. Bedrooms are in bright summer colors. Layout gives privacy to separate parties yet allows for gatherings of the whole group.
