Beautiful, New 5 Bedroom home in the Sea Grass Development on Cape San Blas, with incredible Gulf Views. This house features 2 King master suites, 1 queen suite, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a 5th bedroom with 2 twin-sized bunkbeds. The top floor has a 41-ft. Great Room with 2 sets of French doors and 3 full-length windows with fabulous views of the Gulf. The dining and kitchen area is on the top floor. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the great room living area.
Area Description
2-3 miles from the state park at the tip of the Cape. 20-30 minutes from Appalachicola, and 45 minutes east of Panama City Beach.
