Pool, outside shower, two screened porches and one sun deck facing the Gulf, three master bedrooms, stereo/CD, three disc changer, washer/dryer. Nicely furnished kitchen(Chef Owners). Located in the popular Brighton By The Sea community. TV/VCR in each bedroom and TV/DVD in living room. The first level features two bedrooms and two baths along with the laundry area. The second level features a large open living,dining,kitchen area with a full bath. The top level is reserved for that luxury master suite and bath with private deck overlooking the gulf as well as the community pool. This is the perfect home for a family with children.

Ranked America ��s #1 Beach for 2002, by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, commonly known as Dr. Beach, Cape San Blas is home to St. Joseph State Park, as well as a variety of secluded beach front homes and small developments. The 2,516 acre state park stretches from the ��tip �� of the peninsula and continues for an uninhabited eight-mile stretch of towering dunes, pristine beaches & crystal clear waters.

The ��occupied area �� of the peninsula stretches from the park entrance to Salinas Park. The Cape offers the tranquil waters of St. Joseph Bay on one side and white sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico on the other. The area is known for great fishing, scalloping and a relaxed family setting. Port St. Joe is a ten-minute drive and offers quaint shopping, a full-service marina and coastal restaurants.

Venture beyond the Cape San Blas Light House to a classic Old Florida coastal community called Indian Pass. This area is truly a sportsman ��s paradise with broad beaches facing the open Gulf of Mexico and a sheltered lagoon, home to the celebrated Lagoon Oyster. Opportunities for exploration abound with beach horseback rides, great fishing, golf within ten minutes & a fifteen minute drive to historic Apalachicola.

What a wonderful vacation home! We enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the beach and having a swimming pool at the same time. This home is located in a quiet community, Brighton by the Sea. The home boasts ample space for eight individuals, is very tastefully decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen, and has an extra large capacity washer and dryer. We just loved the family oriented atmosphere and the pet friendly beach, although we were not able to bring our Golden Retriever. :( Our five girls, ranging in ages from 11 to 15, had a great time playing in the surf, hunting shells, and soaking up rays. This was our first trip to the "Forgotten Coast." We will definitely return next summer. As a side note...for AWESOME air-brushed t-shirts, visit Hippie John at Toucan's in Mexico Beach.
