Write a review Great time, lots of quiet, and Great beaches. Will go back... Beware - do not go to Cape San Blas if you are suffering from job burnout! All I can think of is how to move there. The beach was pristine, the house imacculate and comfortable with the best location possible. Daily dolpin sightings topped the day. The whole trip was wonderful. I heartily recommned both the location and MoneyBayou house. We had the most amazing time.(us, kids & pooches) The house was perfect, the beach was perfect. We didn't want to leave. Now we are counting down until we return. Thanks for welcoming us into your home. It was a much needed break. This home was exactly as owner described. It is absolutely beautiful, CLEAN, well kept home located right on the water. We fished, scalloped, went crabbing, saw dolphins and even a couple of alligators!! Our little dog felt right at home and my 14 year old "city girl" dtr LOVED IT!!!! Thanks so much for our wonderful stay. The local folks were all wonderful, very helpful in giving tips, etc. Thanks to everyone. Would recommend this home to all. A wonderful, clean and well appointed vacation home. Very convenient and away from it all, too! Would recommned this home to anyone wanting a restful and fun getaway. The house was great. Just as the owner described. We had everything we could need and then some. The only thing I might have changed would have been better internet access. Other than that, it was a perfect place for a small group. So glad it was pet friendly too so we could bring our dog. We all had a great time. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future beach trips! My husband and I took our two young boys and found this area to be perfect for a quiet get away. The house was even better than the pictures we saw. We were impressed with how well the house was maintained. Most of all the views that were available. We enjoyed being right there on the beach and were very secluded. I think we saw a total of 10 people our entire trip. The beach was very clean. There was a bayou a short walk down the beach that my boys enjoyed catching crabs at. We even got to see a sea turtle. I would recommend this house to anyone with a small family that just wants to hang out at the beach, look for crabs and just enjoy being together. Everything written on the property site was exactly as it was in person! The house is clean, well-stocked, right at the water and just perfect! We spent a long weekend in March and have already booked a full week in July at off-season rates. We think we've found "our" beach house... without all the expense of up-keep and property taxes!!
