This brand new, exquisitely decorated home is the perfect setting for a vacation of a lifetime. Bring your home family as this home sleeps 12 and includes a fireplace, granite countertops, stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and bamboo floors throughout the house. Each bedroom is carefully decorated with its own theme. Floor Plan: Ground floor-Bedroom 4 with queen bed and TV/DVD, full bath, Bedroom 5 with bunk beds and TV/DVD, Bedroom 6, the gulf front master bedroom with king bed, TV, full bath with garden tub and shower. 1st Floor-Kitchen, Living Room overlooking the gulf with TV, dining area, laundry room, full bath and Bedroom 1 with queen bed and TV. 2nd Floor-Bedroom 2 with day bed and full bath, and bedroom 3, a gulf front bedroom with balcony, queen bed, TV, comforting fireplace and full bath.

Area Description

Cape San Blas is quiet, relaxing and full of things to do. The beach is the top attraction being it was rated the
#1 beach in 2002. The white sands and dunes that surround you when you're on the beach are breathtaking.
Seashells decorate the beach each morning and you may even see a sea turtle during turtle season. Cape San
Blas is known for the wildlife and nature you can see and enjoy.
Coneheads is close by and has ice cream, fresh sandwiches, and burgers.
There are kayak, boat, canoe and bike rentals. You can even rent horses to go horseback riding on the beach! A favorite pasttime is to build a fire on the beach and make smores! Cape San Blas is also known for the excellent
fishing.
You can fish on the beach, bay, by kayak, by boat or rent a charter boat for deep sea fishing. The State Park
is just down the road and is excellent for hiking and biking. There are great shops in the nearby towns.
St.Port Joe 10 minutes
Mexico Beach 20 minutes
Apalachicola 30 minutes
Panama City 40 minutes
You can visit great shops and restaurants from both these areas.
