It is situated on South Africa's sought-after Platinum Mile on the Atlantic Sea Board, with unbelievable views of Robben Island and the sea. (Less than a mile from the V&A Waterfront.)
Here you get the best of both worlds - the close proximity to the V&A Waterfront and the additional benefit of being able to look out onto these glorious sea views.
(I would recommend you bring your binoculars to watch the ships in the bay etc.) The ideal would be to have a telescope but I think I will wait on that for now.
It is a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is newly renovated and everything is new and not shopworn or soiled. Has granite counter tops in designer kitchen and marble vanities in both bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath with shower and the en-suite bathroom has its own shower. It also has a heated towel rail and there are shaving plugs in both the bathrooms.
Has lovely walk-in closets (cupboards) in both the main bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with plenty of packing space.
The apartment is fully equipped and also has a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher and built in oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, TV and a prepaid phone.
It is a fully furnished, self-catering apartment with all the appliances, crockery, cutlery and linen etc.
The (a) main bedroom; (b) 2nd bedroom; (c) sitting room/ lounge; and kitchen all face the sea and Robben Island with really wonderful views.
The lounge opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea and Robben Island - really has magnificent views.
The apartment is centrally situated and close to many of Cape Town's world famous heritage sites.
The V&A Waterfront is approx.1.5km (just under a mile) away with its various restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, cinema, tours etc. There is also a public bus stop to the V&A Waterfront right outside your door. However, I would definitely recommend a car as there is so much to do and see while in Cape Town.
You could take the bus to the V&A Waterfront where you could go on various tours.
Just to name a few examples of places you may wish to visit while you are here.
Golf Course within walking distance of the apartment
Cape Town CBD approx. 1.1/2 km from Mouille Point
Ratanga Junction (Africa's own small Disneyland)
Canal Walk at Century City, biggest shopping complex in Africa with
restaurants, shopping, cinemas etc. Canal Walk straddles almost 1 kilometre of canals with Discovery Island at one end, a 16ha conservation wetland. The wetland which includes an aviary is fully encircled by water.
Health & Racquet Club
Grandwest Casino & Entertainment Centre
Beaches on the Atlantic Seaboard, Clifton, Camps Bay and not to forget
the newly renovated and opened scenic Drive on Chapman's Peak.
Table Mountain - there is a restaurant at the top of the mountain
Aquarium at V& A Waterfront
Penguins at Boulders Beach, Simonstown
(bonus - overlooking the ocean and Robben Island and close to beautiful beaches & V&A Waterfront

If you need assistance with airport transfers to car hire while in Cape Town, I will be happy to pass on your e-mail details to a company we use on a regular bases. Just let me know if you are interested.
The V&A Marina is a fascinating place to live and play and has a sense of excitement about it. It is situated in a working harbour and is a hub of activity with a cosmopolitan flair about it.
It has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and retail outlets as well as craftmarkets, cinemas, curio shops, buskers, entertainers and lively music from the open air Amphitheatre.
It is widely acknowledged to be one of Cape Town’s premier shopping and tourist destinations.
