Vacation Rental Description
Slip away from the city buzz into the village of Hermanus to relax and watch whales from June to November, go hiking on one of the many surrounding routes, scuba dive or shark cage dive, paraglide, etc.
Brisa Atlantica overlook the sea and is situated within 5 minutes walk from the beach where one can swim or watch whales and is 7 minutes drive from the centre of Hermanus.
Huge garden and a large saltwater pool to refresh during summer. The house has oregon wooden floors, large rooms and dates back to 1924 when it was originally built as a farmhouse.
The house is zoned as a guesthouse and is available either as B&B facilities or as a self-catering holiday venue.
Area Description
Hermanus lies in the Overberg in pristine fynbos area. The village has a relaxed lifestyle and moderate climate right through the year. Summer temperatures around 24 C with winter temperature around 19 C.
Agriculture in the area includes fynbos fresh flowers, wheat and canola.
Hermanus is situated close to the Arabella Golfing Estate
