Enjoy the awesome sunsets from this two Bedroom Cottage. Swim in gorgeous sandy bottom Dodge Bay. The sandy shallow area on the Dodge Bay is one of a kind spot and very unique. You can wade for 100's of yards in the pure sandy area being 3 to 4 feet in depth. People travel miles to here by boat to come and experience this great spot.Dock your boat on our private dock and park your boat in our boathouse at night. Enjoy cookouts from our beautiful deck directly on the waterfront, viewing out across the river to Wolfe island, Canada.

The bay is usually calm and good for kayaking and canoeing. The water is clear and great for swimming and wading.
If your a boating enthusiest this is the place for you, explore the Thousand Islands, and travel to canada by boat, endless boating opprutunities. No this is not some Lake where you are confined to one area with your boat, you have the vast Great Lakes and Thousand Island region to enjoy your boating and fishing.

This two bedroom cottage has a queen size bed in one room and a double bed in the other room. A futon couch in living room.

Feel clean and comfortable in our bran new and updated bathroom. Features a 4 ' shower unit with seats, a new comfort size toilet, a 36' vanity with stone top and sink, new ceramic tile floor. Small kitchen area - microwave, electric stove, 1 new refrigerator, eating area on porch. Propane outside grill. Ample parking for 3 vehicles. On dead end road.

Six miles from Cape Vincent - 7 miles from Clayton NY.
Enjoy a ferry boat trip to Wolfe Island + Kingston Canada from Cape Vincent.

Non Smoking and no pets.
