Beautiful water front two story four bedroom three bath plus Den home. Located in a Private Guard Gated Community on a strip of sand between Dana Point and San Clemente. Has one bedroom and bath downstairs,three bedrooms plus den and two bathrooms upstairs.
Area Description
Short drive to Dana Point Marina where there are several great restaurants and shops. Take a boat ride for the day to Catalina Island. Going North is Disneyland about 45 min.Los Angeles/Beverly Hills and Hollwood about 1 1/2 hours. Also LAX Airport. Going South to San Diego and Sea World,Wild Animal Park,the Zoo and the San Diego Airport About 45 min. Just about 10 min.to the South is the beautiful city of San Clemente.
Local Mexican restaurant right across the Pacific Coast Highway. Another restaurant out on the San Clemente pier and several in the Dana Point Marina. Kids love surfing and playing in the Pacific Ocean. Relax on your private deck and watch for the dolphins and see the beautiful sun sets
