Beautifully furnished white water view beach front lower level unit on a private beach in an exclusive gate guarded community. The living area has a 42" HDTV and opens to an ocean view patio with a spa, gas barbeque and teak patio furniture. The two spacious bedrooms offer a California King bed, a full bed, and a bunk bed. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. We also have a nice raised inflatable queen size bed. There is also a pool table, air hockey, foosball, ping pong table, and an HDTV in the garage for fun.

This property was remodeled with new windows, doors, hardware, cape cod moldings/baseboard, new window coverings, carpeting, travertine floors, paint, granite countertops, appliances along with new furnishings.
