Description of the Captiva Island vacation home rental
Incredible newly built Mediterranean style home located in the Heart of the Village on Andy Rosse Lane. Bella Bellini is a professionally decorated, luxurious 6 bedroom/6.5 bathroom private home with a quiet, secluded heated pool and spa.
A courtyard style design located on a palm tree lined brick path 500 feet from the beach, this beautiful home offers a gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, private elevator, surround sound, 5 TV's, VCR/DVD/CD Player, Wi-Fi connection, game room with flat screen TV, ping pong and foosball tables, outdoor chefs area with oversize gas grill, wet bar and refrigerator. Weekly minimum and can accommodate up to 14 people.
Five casual and one fine dining restaurants, two art galleries, beach equipment/jet ski rentals, island grocery store, kayak rental, coffee/ice cream store, day cruise tour boat - to other local islands, and lots of great shops all a minute or two walk from the house.
Once you've parked your car, you may not need it for the rest of your stay!
The home is professionally maintained. After all cleaning, service and maintenance visits, the house is approved for new guests. All kitchen items and appliances will be available and ready for use. The cleanliness and working order of all amenities is never a question with this wonderful home in a wonderful location!
Only four or five small roads make up this small, friendly old Florida style town. It features all the best of island living. The great food and smiling faces, mixed with lots of activities and sights to see, will make you want to come back year after year. The white sugar sand beaches and beautiful sunsets will make your stay here filled with a lifetime of memories.
If you want to venture outside the village, a few minutes by car (15 mins.), you can enjoy the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, shell museums, terrific shopping areas, movie theatre, golf, tennis, and dozens of other fabulous restaurants! Don't forget to see the light house and walk the beach by the fishing pier on Sanibel Island.
But why leave this paradise! Sit back on the beach, and enjoy the wonderful sunsets as you watch the dolphins play in the gorgeous Gulf!

Two minute walk to Captiva Cruises - they offer day trips to other nearby islands like Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, Useppa, and Boca Grande as well as dolphin watch and shelling cruises.
Right next door Captiva Kayak offers guided trips to the local mangrove forests in the bay - lots of fun catching starfish and hermit crabs on the 10 minute paddle to see the abundant life living in the mangrove trees.
Golf and tennis available at either The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club or Beachview Golf and Tennis Club, both only minutes away on Sanibel Island.
Nearly a third of Sanibel Island is the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. It's a 7000 acre maritime wilderness and home to an incredible number of bird species. Great for bird watchers and ornithologists.
Grocery delivery can be arranged for your stay with put away service prior to your arrival.

Kevin, We really loved the place. It could not have been better and there was something new and different to do every day. The beach, the pool, the accommodations, the location, everything is perfect.
The minute we walked into the house, we knew it was clean. We concluded that it wasn't just a febreeze cover up but a deep pine sol smelling clean. We didn't clean a thing the first day and were able to relax, walk over to the restaurant and eat dinner.
After spending a week at Bella Bellini, my wife now wants to upgrade our kitchen to include the 6 burner range. With a 1, 2, and 3 year old with us, we ended up eating in more than out. The grill was great, too. It would heat up to 550 degrees in about 3 minutes after we lit it.
Molly (my wife) was talking about the place with our neighbors. They asked us to email them the link to the house because they are also planning a trip this spring.

We absolutely loved staying at the Bella Bellini! It is gorgeous and the pool/hot tub is great. The location is awesome. We were in the middle of all the activity, yet the house and courtyard pool area felt very private. The beach is only a minute walk down a brick sidewalk. The restaurants are great and there are tons of fun activities, such as parasailing, boating and shelling. The sunsets are an event in themselves. We highly recommend this vacation home. Hi Kevin, My family just returned from Captiva last night. Your home is amazing! It was like staying at the Ritz or Four Seasons but with so much more room! Everything was total luxury. The furnishings, bedding, kitchen, pool and spa are even more beautiful than shown. The location was perfect, especially for families with young children. No car necessary and the brick path from the house to the beach was icing on the cake! We loved it all and cant wait to return. Thanks again, The Valenza Family
