~ CAPTIVA BREEZE (4 BR & 4 bath, sleeps 2-10: 2 king, 4 twin, trundle) is our luxury, spacious Old Florida style home. It has a private pool and spa. Captiva Breeze is located on Wightman Lane, Captiva Island, a short stroll to either the beach of village. It offers granite kitchen counter tops, French doors, several porches, an elevator so it is wheelchair accessible, a Captains walk (roof sun deck) with views of the bay and Gulf of Mexico, HIGH SPEED WIFI INTERNET ACCESS and many extras.
~ CAPTIVA CUTIE (3 BR & 2 bath, sleeps 2-8: 2 queen, 2 twin and queen sleeper sofa) is a cottage with private screened pool and spa, a very short walk to the white sugar sand beach. The lush tropical landscaping offers a private setting for this cottage that has been referred to as "cute as a button." HIGH SPEED INTERNET AVAILABLE.
~ SOUTH SEAS PLANTATION - 1-3 bedroom beach front condos located in the famous South Seas Plantation, have breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and offers instant access to the beach, tennis and heated pools. Beach Homes, Bay Villas and Marina Villas
~ SUNSET CAPTIVA - private homes in the village with 2 and 3 bedrooms. 7 homes are beachfront. Very nice location with community pool and 2 tennis courts. Homes sleep 6 of 8 guests.

1/15/12 â Captiva Breeze truly is Paradise. We came to celebrate my 60th and your lovely house made our celebration warm and memorable. Your house could not be more welcoming. Each found our favorite porch â so we were able to re-charge privately and then come together to enjoy the wonderful pool and hot tub. The landscaping is lovely. Thank you for the huge amount of helpful information you sent before our arrival about the property and Captiva. This is our 4th vacation on Captiva â but definitely our very favorite because we stayed here. Your location is unrivalled â so private, yet a 3 minute walk down the sandy canopied street to the beach. You have been so gracious. Each of us came from very demanding jobs and although we are so sad to leave, we now feel ready and rested to tackle the world! Thank you.
