Family vacation condo on the Ranch at Roaring Fork

The Ranch at Roaring Fork is a special place. About 400 acres are dedicated to wilderness with 2 miles of riverfront on the Roaring Fork River and a myriad of streams and ponds. There are timber lands, wetlands and pastures. Outstanding fly fishing is available with a Permit. There is a playground for small children and tennis and basketball courts.
Our condo has 2 private master bedroom suites with their own bathrooms. The third bedroom has three beds and an open loft. Our living room features a wood burning fireplace and a sliding glass door that looks out on the 9th hole of a beautifully landscaped 9-hole golf course.
There is a small washer and dryer. The kitchen is all electric and equipped for meal preparation and "at home" convenience. There is also a gas barbecue grill. This has been our personal vacation home and is equipped like a private home. Now that we are renting it, you will find it cozy and comfortable through the seasons of the year.
