There is also a newly remodeled studio apartment which is a separate unit off the main house furnished with Queen bed and also a futon mattress, TV, cable, you can sleep 2-4 more people. Bedroom 4 is set up as a playroom/bedroom -a great place for the kids to hang out and watch TV and be kids away from the rest of the main house.
The house has a great kitchen (a cook's dream) with granite counters, trash compactor, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeepot and all the cooking items, dishes, pots/pans - everything you need for an awesome dinner party! Large dining room table seats up to 8. Beautiful bar area seats another 4. Living room has a cozy fireplace. Wireless high-speed Internet access (bring your laptops)and Cable TV throughout the house, Wii with games, electric keyboard, tons of DVD's, tv in every room. Barbecue grill out back, beach chairs and towels, boogie boards and surfboards are available. Beach cruiser bikes available in garage. Pets of any kind are allowed.
Rates:
$3,150/week or $11,500/month
$150 cleaning deposit required ($250 with pet).
* 1/2 of full weekly rental rate is due at time of booking in order to reserve your week. The full amount of rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Options: Paypal, Cashiers/Registered/Personal Check, Money Order. 30 days notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

Superb house, great facilities, great location. Our 2 families stayed in the house, with kids ranging from 6 years old to 17. All were unanimous in giving the house 10 out of 10. Lots of different things for kids to do in the house. Beaches right on the doorstep. The small town of Cardiff has got restaurants and bars, Encintas is close by and has even more. Would thoroughly recommend this house to familes looking for an oceanside vacation.

took the whole family to california for a week to enjoy the beach! Wow what a great time and the house was perfect. All the luxuries of home. The pictures don't do the property justice!! We will definitely be back.

YOU HAVE PUT A LOT OF THOUGHT INTO MAKING YOUR GUESTS FEEL AT HOME.
