Fabulous, one-of-a-kind fully furnished 2 BR/2 Bath condo, designed by world renowned architect Alfred Newman Beadle V. This contemporary 2 bedroom (1 king + 2 twins) with 2 master baths condo has a 2 car garage with remote access and features marble floors throughout. Relax in the private landscaped patio with gas grill that walks out to the shared pool and spa in the lush palm tree lined courtyard.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to practice your culinary skills! Featuring state-of-the-art appliances, including coffee maker, and stocked with all the comforts of home. The main room is professionally decorated with colorful art and accessories and has a comfy leather couch and love seat along with a custom built-in track lighting system, a Beadle signature! The separate dining area is perfect for dinner for four. Enjoy sitting at the breakfast bar, featuring 2 chairs and a pass-thru from the kitchen.

The condo features three TVs with DVD players and basic cable service, a cd/tape/radio player, telephone, wireless internet access for your laptop and a HP computer with high-speed internet access. Make yourself at home with the in-unit stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy the warmth from the Beadle style gas log fireplace!

The large master bedroom has a king bed, Flat Panel TV, extensive closets, private master bathroom with designer pedestal sink and full bathtub/shower and a lovely view of the patio flowers, courtyard and pool. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, large closets, bathtub/shower and a beautiful marble sink with a large counter and mirror. Feels just like home with newer plush bedding and towels.

Area Description

Centrally located; 2 blocks or a 2 minute walk to the Sundial and beautiful downtown Carefree with all its boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants. Enjoy life in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, at an elevation of 2,500 feet and surrounded by mountains, Carefree is at least five degrees cooler than the Valley of the Sun and a few miles removed from the hustle of the big cities.

Known more as a resort/residential area, Carefree is a relatively new town, it was settled in the 1950's and has its own private airport, Skyranch at Carefree. The famous giant sundial has been attracting people to Carefree since 1959. It is the third largest working sundial in the Western hemisphere.

Carefree is just north of Scottsdale with its world class shopping and dining, and neighbors historic Cave Creek and its Wild West cowboy atmosphere. The Cave Creek Recreation Area is minutes away and offers over 11 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. The Sky Harbor International Airport is 40 miles from Carefree. Nearby are 16 golf courses within 5 miles of Carefree including the Rancho Manana Golf Club, Desert Forest Golf Club and the Boulders Resort Golf Club.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: PayPal, Personal Check
Required Stay: Weekly
Deposits: $500 deposite refunded after 14 days after departure, provided no damage or loss incurred. Payment is 1st payment of half of agreed rental fee is due 60 days prior and the 2nd payment of remander is due 14 dasy prior.
Other Fees: addition deposite and cleaning costs for pets. Utilities included in rent.
