Gorgeous single story 3 bdrm + office w/daybed sleeps 2. 2+ bath; sleeps 8 people in beds. Large living rm; dining rm; and family rm. Very comfortable and spacious. Private backyard with jacuzzi and small garden. Great for lounging and enjoying the Carlsbad lifestyle. Water conditioner throughout the house and reverse osmosis for drinking water filters out chlorine and hundreds of other chemicals found in city water. Fully equipt kitchen includes access to condiments and spices. All linens provided, beach accessories included. We welcome your well behaved children in our child "friendly" home. Some added ammenties such as pack n play, portable booster chair, toddler picnic table,sand toys etc. Access to movie library for all ages. WiFi. This is a great location for families to gather for vacation, reunions, to attend weddings and special events. With two double vanities and a separate single, the spacious bathrooms gives everyone ample time in front of a mirror! Just around the corner from Legoland and walking distance to the beach! Mild coastal climate, freeway close and only 4.5 miles to the Project Walk Facility. All of our PROJECT WALK attendees have been VERY comfortable here. Occupancy over 8 must be approved by owner in advance. Any excessive use of electricity,gas or water will be deducted from security deposit.

Our family, nine in all, spent a very comfortable and convenient stay while readying ourselves for daughter's wedding. Beautiful home inside and out. It was large enough for all us to have some space and yet easy for dressing, makeup, etc. Kitchen is very well equipped. Great response by owners. Wonderful time!

Staying in this home exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean with all the accessories needed to stay for a week or more - we were especially pleased that the kitchen was so well setup or easy cooking which significantly lowered our cost for staying in the area as well as allowed our family (3 kids and four adults)to feel at home. The hot tub was a hit with the kids when they would come home from any activity but especially from the beach. Proximity to the beach, the Zoo, and Sea World played a large roll in why we picked this particular rental. As a parting note, we happened to arrive early and find the owners just leaving - they made us feel welcome and were helpful with orienting us to the area. Thanks. tom and jessie

This beach vacation was amazing. The house was perfect, very family friendly and comfortable. Carlsbad is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. It is very clean and not too crowded. There is plenty to enjoy in the surrounding areas however we spent the whole week at the beach and relaxing at the house and it was perfect. We all had a great time, one we'll never forget and we can't wait to go again.
