California Dreamin' is alive and well!

What a great way to experience southern California! The house is comfortable and charming, and the owners are helpful and welcoming. The kitchen was easy to use and complete with useful appliances and cooking utensils. The hot tub was a treat, especially viewing the clear night skies. It's a great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood, and we hope to return.

This house was terrific. There were toys in the garage to take to beach. There was a backyard pit to roast s'mores and grill. The house was perfect. The owner was very accomadating.

Our Family just stayed here over the 4th of July, what a beautiful place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Carlsbad is a wonderful southern California getaway and staying here made our vacation truly special. P.S., there was nothing like soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day at the beach!

Better Than a Hotel Room

Visiting Carlsbad to attend a family wedding and didn't want to keep a 1 1/2 year old cooped up in a hotel room for 3 days. The Loftin home was our answer. The backyard was peaceful and safe our my grandaughter. We could walk to the beach or the nearby shopping center to stock up on food. There were 7 of us and plenty of room to eat, sleep and get ready to attend a wedding. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our family, nine in all, spent a very comfortable and convenient stay while readying ourselves for daughter's wedding. Beautiful home inside and out. It was large enough for all us to have some space and yet easy for dressing, makeup, etc. Kitchen is very well equipped. Great response by owners. Wonderful time!

Staying in this home exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean with all the accessories needed to stay for a week or more - we were especially pleased that the kitchen was so well setup or easy cooking which significantly lowered our cost for staying in the area as well as allowed our family (3 kids and four adults)to feel at home. The hot tub was a hit with the kids when they would come home from any activity but especially from the beach. Proximity to the beach, the Zoo, and Sea World played a large roll in why we picked this particular rental. As a parting note, we happened to arrive early and find the owners just leaving - they made us feel welcome and were helpful with orienting us to the area. Thanks. tom and jessie

Amazing Family Vacation

This beach vacation was amazing. The house was perfect, very family friendly and comfortable. Carlsbad is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. It is very clean and not too crowded. There is plenty to enjoy in the surrounding areas however we spent the whole week at the beach and relaxing at the house and it was perfect. We all had a great time, one we'll never forget and we can't wait to go again.
