A serene, and desirable 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage with RV parking home. Very safe quiet and clean neighborhood. This fabulous home is just 1 mile from the ocean and four blocks to the village of historic Carlsbad. Maple cabnets throughout the house, granite counters, and marble floors. Also a large yard and area to relax.

Area Information

Walk to restaurants, stores, and the train station. Although you have a two-car garage, there is never a need to move the car. This home is fully furnished with top of the line appliances, furnishings, and everything you might need. You will love your stay and the community. Surfing, Swimming, Sunbathing, Walking, Running, Biking, Sports Fishing, Kayaking, dining, and shopping (Carlsbad Outlets are the best!). Legoland, movie theaters, golfing, bowling, boating and jet skiing are some of the many activities available. See the famous Carlsbad flower fields next to the outlet shopping center! Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Anaheim Stadium, Sea World, Del Mar Races on now (15 minutes from house)!The San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Coronado, Mexico and San Diego's new Baseball Park(Petco Field) are all within an hour or less drive. The train station is conveniently located only 3/4 mile from the house for those wishing to explore without the headache of driving. Lot's of local music and nightlife located blocks from the home in the Village.
Go Downtown San Diego: To the exciting Gas Lamp District, for night life, music and fine dining. Take the Coaster or Amtrak in Carlsbad for an easy ride to downtown San Diego, Old Town, Coronado, or Mexico.

Beautiful view of the ocean and steps to the beach

We loved our stay in your home. The beach is so close and the home was very comfy. I loved the people watching and sitting in the front yard for every meal and seeing the ocean. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates and silverware. I loved the front sun room to sit and have coffee every morning. The quick walk to the Village made your home an ideal place to stay in Carlsbad. I hope we can return next summer.

Home away from home

I cannot say enough good things about the property, the staff involved, the owners, and the overall experience. My family and I had the best Thanksgiving ever. Our condo was well stocked with the items I needed to cook a big traditional Thanksgiving dinner. (I did purchase some alm. pans for the turkey and bigge items) We had an incident involving our daughter that could have potentially been an issue. When I contacted our contacts they were more concerned with our child than the shower door that had been broken and even had a handy man there the day after Thanksgiving to fix the problem. We were treated as family not customers. When we return Oceanside we will stay in this condo again. There was more than plenty bedding and accomodations for small children. Everything was comfortable and clean with just everything. The walk to the beach, hot tub, pool, rec center was just beautiful with all the landscaping. Like a tropical paradise. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this stay. Thank you so much for your part in making our Thanksgiving special. With a our son being a Marine we were not sure how many holiday's we would get to spend together. That made this one extra special. The McCormick's

Great Home!

We enjoyed this spacious comfortable home! The house offered many amenities and allowed for all of our needs during our stay! The private pool and hot tub were so clean and relaxing. Although the beach is not accessible from the house location it is a very short walk/drive and the beach just to the north of the house was not as crowded and very clean. We would recommend this property to anyone and families will love it!

Great location! Very clean! Our family was very comfortable at this great condo. It is on main street but not noisy at all. Our only wish was that we had extra day just to enjoy everything that house has to offer.

Our stay was a little less than a week. It was a very pleasant home with lots and room for 6 people. the place was very clean and updated. I thought the beds were a little uncomfortable but wasn't so bad that i couldn't sleep. The fridge didn't work while we were there but the owner brought us a cooler along with ice to make up for the fridge. Which wasn't bad at all b/c we didn't cook much. Overall our stay was very comfortable and nice. I would go back and rent from here again without a question. the location was also very close to the village and lots of stores and restraunts. The location was very convienant. We all had a wonderful time!
