This is a Gorgeous 5bd/4.5bath/3garage home. It is one year new and has stunning unobstructed panoramic Ocean Views from the balcony. A pebble sheen solar heated pool and spa. A award winning "floating patio" fountain/firepit. A spiral staircase from the backyard to the balcony. A courtyard with a beautiful fountain and sitting area.
Very tastfully furnished with all the latest and greatest audio video bells and whistles. an incredible barbque area with a 2 pole palapa over granite counters with a 5 burner barbque and outdoor rated fridge and keggorator! Inside the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for entertaining. All bedrooms have new queen/king size beds and Televisions.

Museums, the world famous Birch Aquarium. Hop on the Harley and ride up to Julian and back during apple season!....the list is

- Lodging Tax: 2%
- Deposits: Because of the overwhelming response to this gorgeous property, rentals are for 1 week or monthly
only. All weekly rentals will be checking in on Saturday after 4pm and staying until the following
Saturday checking out on or before 11am. Nothing shorter than 1 week.
Weekly rates are:
March 29th 2008 - October 4th 2008 $4000.00 per week with a $2000 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit.
October 4th 2008 - March 28th 2009 $3000.00 per week with a $2000 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit
- Other Fees: There is a $250 non-refundable cleaning deposit with all rentals.
I also need to charge 2% rental tax.
