Large Family Home - 3 Bedrooms/3 Baths - Sleeps 8 - Ocean Views. Picture yourself relaxing at the beach while enjoying this luxurious and spacious single family home, just 300 feet to Carlsbad Beach and the Pacific Ocean.

Enjoy breakfast on the balcony patio with ocean views and planning your day: Doing Nothing, Sight Seeing in Southern California, Boogie Boarding, Legoland (two miles), Coaster train to Downtown San Diego (10 minute walk), or Beach Sitting. After your day return home where the views and main living areas are on the second floor. Have a BBQ on the deck as you watch the Sun Set into the ocean. Don’t want to cook? Plan a ten minute walk to the Village to enjoy one of over 25 restaurants for dinner.

From the first floor foyer of this gorgeous home there is a Family Room with a sofa that opens up to a bed for two, Guest Room with a Queen Bed and a full bathroom. Also there is a Laundry Room with new front-loading Washer and Dryer.

On the second floor enjoy Ocean and Sunset Views from the Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Deck, Master Bedroom, and Master Bathroom. The Great Room has a Flat Screen TV, DVD, AM/FM/CD player and Fireplace. The large kitchen has a granite breakfast counter, walk-in pantry and is fully furnished with everything you need.

Master Bedroom has a King Bed, walk-in closet and a Flat Screen TV. Sleep to the sound of the surf and if you are lucky, sounds of seal pups. Master Bath has shower and Jacuzzi bath with Ocean Views from the Jacuzzi bath.

Also, on the second floor is the third Bedroom with Twin Beds and a separate full Bath. In addition, there is an Office for those who need to bring their computer with High Speed Ethernet Internet Connection. Wireless Internet is available throughout the home.

The Balcony Patio has a gas Barbecue and patio dining area and makes for great indoor/outdoor living for the early morning cup of coffee or watching for the Green Flash at Sunset in the evening. Home has a two car Garage for off street parking and outdoor shower for coming back from the Beach.

Carlsbad Beach is one of the best rated family beaches in the country.
