Description of the Carlsbad vacation home rental
Enjoy the beautiful trails near the lagoons or just cruise 6 miles down La Costa Blvd. to the beach. A pride of ownership home, just 5 years old, looks like a model home with wainscoting in formal living room, dining room and up the entire stairwell with 6" base molding throughout the home. 25 ft vaulted ceilings in living room and dining room. Large kitchen with a large island open to the family room, great for entertaining! Entire house freshly painted this year in great modern colors. Tile in entry, dining room, formal living room and kitchen. LADIES, DID YOU SEE THE SHOE RACK? 2 very large walk in closets, one for him and one for her both with built in cabinets and shoe racks. Large downstairs bedroom for mother-in-law with private bath and good size closet or use as an office. Tropical back yard, since we could not go to Hawaii every year we brought Hawaii to our back yard with plush Palm Trees, plumerias, and many tropical plants with cascading water fall. Also included is a very secluded Jacuzzi surrounded by bamboo for privacy. A gas fire place outdoors to warm up in the winter or summer nights. If not relaxing in the back yard, there are many trails in the area to bike or go for an evening walk. Or there is a full Gym on the premises with a heavy weight bag. If you like shopping the Forum shopping center of Carlsbad is just around the corner. Albertsons is about 1 mile away. Cul-de-sac location nestled on a hill, with a long driveway for extra cars. We love the area and have just bought another home higher up the hill. You will love the area, we do! Available December or January. Price is negotiable.

Carlsbad Legoland is just a few miles away and they now have an Aquarium for the kids! Wine Taste at Witch Creek winery in Carlsbad Village or enjoy my favorite winery, Orfilia just 12 Miles away. Temecula wineries are only 45 minutes away. Upscale shopping at the Carlsbad Forum with great restuarants or enjoy the deals at the Carlsbad Outlet mall. Do you enjoy iceskating or Hockey? Try iceskating at the Iceoplex in Escondido. Plenty of hiking/biking trails just outside our front door. There are plenty of restaurants whether you go to the beach for Oceanview dining or eat at the many local restaurants.
