Description of the Carlsbad vacation townhouse rental

Recently redecorated, single-level townhome. The spanish-style kitchen includes all new appliances. The townhome has a comfortable family room with entertainment unit, and a large master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and private patio. Second bedroom has twin pull out couch, but is really furnished to be a study/dining room and is open to the family room.

Area Description

This townhome is 5 minutes from Legoland, and 5 minutes from the Carlsbad Company Store Outlets and a European Deli. It's only 1/2 mile from the Pacific Coast Highway, along which there are many beautiful coastal beaches for surfing, swimming and sunbathing.

The condo is in a quiet community. The private patio opens to a greenbelt with walking paths to two swimming pool (heated year-round) and jacuzzi areas.

We have rented this very nice condo for the past three years in January, February and part of March. This condo is convenient to shopping and the
beach. It is located in a quiet area and we love the serenity. It is fully
stocked so we don't have to worry about dragging anything along. The patio
is is relaxing with beautiful flowers and an orange tree which our
grandchildren love. We look forward to our visit each year.

There is a beautiful patio with wonderful foliage. It's along a walking path that goes throughout the neighborhood AND it's only a couple miles from the beach! The home has everything you need to be comfortable. It will feel like your home away from home!
