This 3br, 2ba condo is the perfect weekend getaway, ski lease or summer vacation spot. Kitchen, bathrooms and living area remodeled in June.
Area Description
This condo sits just a 2-block walk from Lake Tahoe in Carnelian Bay, which is about halfway between Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Close to a half dozen ski resorts, as well as Northshore casinos, and yet sleepy little Carnelian Bay (pop. 300) couldn't be more quiet and more quaint. This condo is part of the Carnelian Woods complex and the back deck overlooks about 40 yards of wilderness, with the complex's tennis courts in the distance.
