Description of the Carolina Beach vacation apartment rental

Clean and Breezy describes this property. The air conditioning is central and cool!

Come enjoy our tropical oasis. When you have come off the beach return to the tranquil setting just outside your apartment door. The large partially shaded yard and the salt water pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach.

The apartment is close to many great restaurants and there is a small well stocked grocery store within walking distance. There is no reason to fire up the car once you have arrived. We are three short blocks to marina, boardwalk and restaurants. Four blocks to ocean.

This is the ground floor apartment of the house private, quiet and fun.

Features: fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, one bath, queen size bed (nice new Sealy), living room with comfy pull out couch and patio. The patio has a large gas grill and outdoor table for dining or just hanging out and enjoying the tropical landscaping that surrounds the property.

All linens included.
Cable TV with premium movie channels.
Wireless high speed internet.
Smoking out of doors on patio.
Bikes available for rent @ 20/bike for length of your stay.

50% holds your reservation (CHECK) and the balance due at check in. Cash only please.

Very clean and comfortable. Full accommodations. Diane and Bobby are excellent and welcoming hosts who appreciate your presence. The salt water pool is very relaxing on a sunny day with nice landscaping surrounds. Great, great option if your staying in Carolina Beech.

What a nice place to have a relaxing vacation. Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for three nights and it was perfect! Diane and Bobby were so friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The pool was a perfect for us to cool off after being on the beach all day. This apartment is very clean and within walking distance to whatever we needed. We did not drive any where which was great! We hope to stay agian next year!

Great place with everything you need, bathroom, kitchen, tv, patio with grill and seating. Friendly, yet rusive owners with a lot of tips on where to go in town. We (my wife, 3 yr old and me) really enjoyed it and would stay there again. A++++++++++

Adorable Getaway for Two!, July 3, 2009

This charming little apartment is the perfect size for two people looking to relax at the beach! The bright colors, immaculate kitchen, and cute bathroom only emphasize how much care was put into designing a place for two. The bed was very comfortable, and they even had extra comforters and pillows, which we used! You could easily walk to the beach if you wanted, however on vacation and lazy, we opted to drive, and paid only $5 for a whole day of parking. As two young women in our 20s, we felt very safe in the neighborhood, and I walked my girly dog outside at all times of the night. The owners were gracious, and kept the whole place clean and updated. While we did not use the salt pool, it looked lovely and on our next visit we definitely will take advantage! Diane, we loved staying at your place, and will return next year for a longer visit, with Twiggy in tow as well!
