great family condo

We had a great family vacation (included our children and grandchildren). The unit was more than spacious enough to handle the 7 of us. Dining room table sits 8 so we were all able to eat together. We loved the beach, it has a very big sandy beach in front of the condo and everyone had a good time cooling off in the pool (July was hot!). From the balcony we enjoyed watching the surfing school in the morning, listening to the waves at night and we had my first dolphin sighting as they followed a shrimp boat. The condo is close to the boardwalk for evening strolls. We enjoyed this trip to Carolina Beach (our 4th) as the best one yet and hope to return soon. Will definitely keep this condo's name and telephone number as the first to call when we do return. Thanks, John, for "loaning" us your great vacation condo. Miss it already, one week isn't enough.

Great place just what we needed

This condo was very spacious for our family of eight. The elevator made it so easy to get every thing to the room.There are two pools a small one for the little ones which was great for us. You are in walking distance of the boadwalk and beach. The owner is very nice and easy to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. We plan to stay there again.

Beautiful, unforgettable family vacation at Carolina Beach. The location and amenities exceeded our expectations! Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone looking for enjoyable, first-class trip. The Mid-Atlantic Surfing Championships were held directly in front of the condo and my kids surfed in a dozen heats. So convenient! Thank you for everything!

Owner was perfect in every way. Location is PERFECT!. Close to boardwalk yet can't hear it at night. Watched fireworks from OUR DECK!. Family oriented area and we loved our everything about our stay. Condo sits directly oceanfront, nothing blocking the beautiful waves. Pool only steps away. Easy walk to nearby shopping & food. Unit is very spacious and clean. You won't be disappointed.

Very Spacious, we had plenty of space for 8 people

This condo was very spacious. There was plenty of room for 8 people. The room was not clean when we arrived, so we had to clean it before we could use it. And one of the keys that was sent to me did not work the elevator or the door, so that made it alittle aggrevating 8 people sharing 1 key. All in all we had a great time, and enjoyed our stay. Plan to maybe do it again next year.

This condo is very spacious and cozy all in one. There was plenty of room to all be together and big enough to find our private space. The large deck was wonderful to sit and watch the ocean and feel the breeze. A wonderful place and easy to get in and around with a handicap relative!

We loved our time in Carolina Beach! The condo was great, clean and spacious even with our large family! The pool came in very handy when we couldn't swim in the ocean. There is so much to do in Carolina Beach for families and the beach is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Our family had the most excellent stay at this condominium we've had yet on the NC coast. The condo was in great shape and the location was perfect for relaxing right next to the beach...playing with our children on the beach or enjoying the view from the balcony, etc., etc., etc. We definitely plan to rent again. Comfortable weekend away!

This condo is very comfortable and spacious, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our family dinners, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the weekend. The pool, outdoor shower, sun deck, and private beach access were wonderful. I would certainly consider returning to this unit for another vacation, and would recommend it to friends. The owner is also very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with, and the rental rate was very reasonable.

Wonderfule couple of days with grandbabies

Your spacious, clean, convenient condo made it possible to take 7 people (including 3 grandbabies under the age of 7) for a wonderful couple of days at the beach. We especially liked the idea of security (keys or codes for the stairs or elevator) and the fact that we could walk to resturants and the boardwalk. If we ever have the chance to go as a family again we'll certainly contact you.

Blast at a Beachfront Bargain

The condo was very spacious, and the view was breath-taking. Everything that a family could want or need was available at the condo; swimming pools, elevator, security, and the beach. The condo's location was perfect. You could walk 5 blocks in any directions and be at the shopping centers, boardwalk, and all the restaraunts.

Great Family Vacation

We were very happy after 20+ hours of travel time in the van to be able to WALK to the pool or the beach. Great location with beautiful beach. Our older kids (8 and 6) loved the 'big' pool and occasionally used the kiddie pool. the condo was great. Lots of room for all of us (3 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant) We loved the balcony. the building was very safe including key entry to stairways and elevators.

Great oceanfront condo - relaxing view from the balcony. This condo was roomy, very clean, within walking distance to shops and arcade. Security officer was seen on duty everyday. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We loved everything about this condo. Thelocation, cleanliness, the roominess, the view, the amenities, close to everything (walking distance to everything you could want). Grocery store & drug store within a couple of miles. I would recommend this to everyone & I will. We can not wait to go back.
